Why not? She was here for over two years...she knew the rules and took FULL advantage of speaking her mind all the time. Personally, I don't think Nophest has to put up with her crap or anybody else's for that matter. No censorship is a privilege, NOT a right.

Well, if that's all that Mods do and all the power they have then I don't see why deidre saying that the Mods were bias should have been an issue. Nothing she said could have hindered the Mods in performing their duties. Therefore her comments were not any more harmful then you calling her a "filthy whore." They were just words and as the saying goes..."Sticks and stones..."

The more I know about this mess the less I understand why it happened.

Tis true. Here are some of the rules from another forum I used to frequent for teachers in Korea. The authoritarian nature of it drove many people away.

It will have no effect whatsoever. If nophest decides to free up the account, it won't be because of this poll. It's just an opinion poll and nothing more. A chance to stir up the shit all over again.

But it does appear to be having the effect of making people realize that mods had nothing to do with it. There are still a few people who want to blame it all on me with this charge of mod bias, but most have come to the realization that whether they agree with the ban or not, Deidre made her own bed.
